I put my cell phone through a wash.  Trying to get sleep to sync through my win 10 laptop.  Got the dashboard up but it isn't sync'ing. Staying at home due to coronavirus but need fitbit steps and calories and sleep. help.

Are you using the wireless bluetooth dongle that came with it?

I'm assuming that your computer is running Sin10 or a MAC. 

Go to https://www.fitbit.com/setup this page will fire t you to the proper app. 

Install app, log into app, you may need to agree to a few permissions and then your setup to sync. 

 

When washing the phone.. It is best to use only a little water.
