I made 2 workouts today: one yoga session for 10 minutes and one fat burning for 12 minutes, but it did not count active minutes. Can you help me

It may just be that you were not exercising hard enough or long enough to get active minutes. You really have to be very active to get them. See fitbit's guide at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379

The day before, I did the same with same duration and it count them. Both of them were considered as fatburning. I am having this problem after upgrade.

Yes I'm having this problem too. I've tried resetting, reinstalling ect. but to no avail. The problem isn't that you need to exersice harder ; it's that Fitbit need to make their products fit for purpose.
