1647 floors year-to-date but no floor badges in app

According to the app, I have 1,647 floors year to date, but haven't earned a single floor badge.  I can see days with over 30 floors climbed, but haven't been awarded the Happy Hill badge for 10 in a day.  I can see that I'm not the only user experiencing this problem.  Has anyone found a satisfactory resolution?

I'm using a Pixel Watch 2 and a Pixel 8, if that matters.

Maybe disconnect your devices and uninstall/install the Fitbit app.  Sucks that we need to do that as much as we do just to fix the smallest of issues.

The Floor badges have been "broken" in the Fitbit app for quite some time. It doesn't seem to be the highest priority to restore the floor badges.
