2.71 App Crashes

Installed Android app version 2.71 to hopefully help fix the notification issues. However, the update is even worse than 2.70 and will not sync at all and when I click on my Ionic in the fitbit app the app crashes everytime.

 

So, how can I install Fitbit App 2.70?

Thanks for coming in and sharing your feedback. I definitely understand that this can be rather frustrating. 

 

As for installing a previous version, it is not possible to officially install a previous version of the Fitbit app.

 

In regards to the crashing. I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What mobile device are you using? Is it listed on the compatible devices list?
  • Did you get any sort of error message?
  • Does it randomly crash or does it crash when you try something specific?
  • What notification issue where you experiencing? Have you tried this help article?
