2 phones both with 4.25.1. One shows new heartrate layout, the other shows the old one.

I got 2 fitbits syncing to 2 phones, both recently has been updated to 4.25.1.  I noticed on one, it has the new heartrate page, with today's heartrate on top and cardio fitness/vo2 max score right above the Health assessments tiles.  But on the other phone, it still looks like the old style with a graph that could be toggled between Resting HR/Cardio Fitness/Zones button.

There was even a 4.25.2 that came out today and I upgraded the app on the 2nd phone, but the heartrate page still looks the same.  Is that page a separate page downloaded from fitbit, and somehow it's cached on the phone?

Hi @phatbitzr -- We have the same thing going with our two Sense2's.  Both Android apps are at version 4.25.2.  The only difference, one Sense has the latest Firmware update (60.20001.210.26) and the other one does not (60.20001.194.86).  The unit with the old firmware has the old display as you describe it. What version of firmware are you running on the Sense2's?  FWIW - We decided to stay on the old firmware version on the one unit after reading all the issues and bricked devices after the update.  Was not going to push our luck twice!

Wondering if the device Firmware version has an impact on how the Android app 4.25.2 responds?  Maybe someone (moderator😉) can answer this?  And this could be completely unrelated 😋

Each phone syncs with its own Sense 2, and both watches are on firmware 210.26.  I upgraded one watch, and as soon as I saw it come back up, I upgraded the other one.  The first watch has exercise related issues, which is easily fixed by turning off auto-start and auto-stop.  The other one is having a lot of weird thing happening to it.

I also cleaned the cache and rebooted the 2nd phone just in case killing the app doesn't really kill its background processes.  Still to no avail.

Thanks @phatbitzr for the response.  So much for my theory ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  I'm just not sure with Fitbit anymore 😕
