250+ Steps

Hello, I'm having a problem resetting my 250+ steps in a hour for 9 hours. I work 3rd shift from 7 pm to 5am(roughly) and it's not allowing me to change my hours to set my goals. During the day I sleep so there's no way I'll get that goal when I'm sleeping unless I sleep walk. Is there anyway I can bypass so it doesn't need to be AM to PM but PM to AM???
