I've been waiting patiently for 4.34 because I'd been told by Fitbit Support that it would fix the heart rate zones always showing zero. This stopped working a few months ago, after another update.
So fed up with this now. Why can this not be fixed and why are users being treated with such contempt? I believed them when they said this would be fixed! Can I have a truthful answer please?
Please don't tell me to reinstall app/clear cache/buy a new device, or any of the things users are constantly being told to make us think that somehow all the issues since Sept 2023 are OUR OWN fault!
