334994973_181401194622244_780151786955480128_n.jpgI've scan a box of strawberry and it somehow appearing in Chinese. The rest of my application is all in English, my location automatically is OFF which I manually put Canada. I also turned back ON and OFF on and on and no changes. The brand of the Strawberry is Wish Farms from Costco.

Any idea how to fix ?

@iGotBaconstrips   Wish Farms are a US produce farm, not limited to Costco.  I'll explain one thing to try, but it might not work.  Please check your Food Database.  Tap on your profile picture > Activity & Wellness > Nutrition & Weight > Food Database > set to United States.  I looked for Wish Farms strawberries in the US database by searching for it.  There are other Wish Farms products, but not strawberries.  The scan still might not work.

Ah I see. Thank you for the suggestion of the fix, unfortunately, like you mentioned, it didn't work. I just used another brand for the strawberry since I don't think it will affect much. I appreciate the answer LZeeW. Thank you again !

@iGotBaconstrips   Did you get a result in Chinese again?  Just out of interest.  There are many food database errors and they are almost impossible to get fixed.

Hi @iGotBaconstrips, is good to see you around, and your help this issue is really appreciated @LZeeW.

Thank you so much for the information provided. The fact that you have already changed the automatic location and tried to turn it on and off is really helpful to move forward and try something different.

To try to fix the issue, I recommend logging out of your Fitbit account, restarting your cellphone, and then log back in. If that doesn't work, let's look for the Fitbit app setting in your regular cellphone settings. Once you've found it, select the Storage option and then click on "Clear Cache" at the bottom. The Fitbit app may ask you to log in again, and after that, you can try to see if the issue has been resolved.

Let me know any update of the situation.
