A phone app that combines FitBit data, Body Compositon data (like water%) and Blood pressure?

Is there such an app that combines all above data?  I am getting myself a smart weight scale that provides 14 body composition measurements.  I also have a blood pressure monitor.  I am hoping there's an app that incorporates the data from FitBit, the smart weight scale and the blood pressure monitor and hopefully, the app will provide me with graphic presentation or some sort that shows my progression.

 

Please help.

If you haven't done so, please have a look at the Partner Apps from Fitbit. You might find there something for your needs.
