Did you get your charge 2 to sync with your Samsung Galaxy A10?
Mine has now started to sync again. Fitbit release 3.10 stopped mine syncing and the new release 3.11 did not work either.
Samsung have done a new software update. As soon as I installed it my A10 started syncing with my Charge 2. Try that if yours still not working. Hope you have success. Please reply and let me know
