Access denied when uploading photo

I cannot upload a photo from my Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G photo gallery. Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks for the details provided on your post. Please confirm if you already followed these steps, if not, please try them.

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap or click the camera icon next to your current profile picture (tap the gear icon > Profile Photo on Android).
  4. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. In Fitbit child accounts, choose an avatar.
  5. Save your photo.

Hi. This is still giving me access denied when trying to upload photo.

I'm sorry to hear the issue persists. Please try the following: 

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I went to the www.fitbit.com site and was able to upload my pic. Thanks
