Hi @Livvy1711,

As a heads up, I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Android forum to help keep the Community more organized.

I'd recommend restarting your Charge, rebooting your Android device, and then use the "Replacing a Tracker or Adding Another Tracker to an Existing Account" instructions listed here.

Hope this helps you out!

Hello,

Well when I disconnected my fitbit flex I tried opening the app on my phone & re added it but it kept saying searching & wouldnt recognize it. So I take it when you said your press the 3 second for the starting it, you took the battery out of your fitbit plugged it into the charger which was plugged into the computer & used the safety pin & poke that small hole? Cause then I took the battery back out doing that put in back into my flex & opened the app on my phone went to re add it & it picked up my fitbit right away like normal. Also other thing I had the same problem but that time taking the battery out & re setting it didnt work so i had called a 1 800 number for fitbit & the person on the phone told me to open the app on my computer & told me what steps to do on the computer app, but I forgot what those were. So if you havent tried opening the app on the computer I would try that it helped me at least. Yeah I dont know if theres a different between iphones & droids either I would think the app would be the same at least.

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @kmw269! Thanks you for letting us know what worked for you and your Flex. Now, I see you mentioned that your Fitbit app for Android isn't recognizing your Charge. You  might want to make sure that you're following these steps when restarting your tracker. Also, I've found an article on how to troubleshoot difficulties while setting up your device; check it out here! Hope this helps, keep me posted with the outcome. Cat Wink
