Account not found after Fitbit app was reinstalled

I've been with fitbit for many years and so my app was acting funny and not syncing properly so I uninstalled and reinstalled my app. Once I did that I was trying to log back in and it wouldn't let me. I eventually had to hit forget password and I never received the email to do that. I then tried to just create a new account just to see if I was getting emails and I received that email just fine. I do not want to lose all my friends, badges and information. Please help!

Thanks for the explanation. In this case, I suggest you to try any other email address you may have used to create your original account. According to the information here in the community, your current account was created and registered March 7th, 2023. Please note that you cannot create a new account with an email that has already been registered. This means that the email address you used to create this new account had never been registered before. Hence you could create a new one. Is there any other email address that you potentially could have used to sign up before?
