Active Minutes

Only had the app for little over a week, and I noticed that the active minutes seemed consistently low, even though I train every day at a moderate to high intensity. Today I noticed, during a sync, that my minutes dropped from 54 to 21, so there is definitely an issue somewhere. Anyone else have this problem? How can it be corrected.

I checked my active minutes from yesterday and it says 0, but my heart rate graph says so otherwise. I know I had at least 45 mins active, because my watched congratulated me when I hit it.
