Hi
Can anyone help with this? Everything was working ok yesterday, but for some reason, not today. It's a new purchase so I'd like everything to be right.
Steps per hour shows on device but not on app. Active minutes shows on neither, even though I have been active.
Thanks

Thanks for joining the Community @Pigeon11!
This could be because you have not synced your Blaze to your account. Additionally, I'd recommend that you log out and then back into your account.
Please try that and let me know how it goes!

The app on my kindle fire is showing correct sleep time in one area, wrong data in another and has stopped connecting to fitbit at all. I can't look up food. Seems to be a system issue not your new fitbit 🙂

Thanks for joining the Forums @SunsetRunner.
Please keep in mind that none of the Kindle tablets are on our supported devices list. Because of this, there might be compatibility issues and the Fitbit app might not work as it would on a supported device.
Thanks for your understanding on the matter. Let me know if you have any further questions.

My Fitbit flex 2 records everything properly but the app will show everything for the day yet not save the active hours. As soon as the next day comes it shows that I had 0 hours active for the previous day even when the previous day showed up to 11 hours active. I know the app is glitchy because even with continuous sync & all day sync on my Fitbit will still disconnect & reconnect all day every day. There needs to be a compatibly fix for Alcatel as the Alcatel 7 I am using has better features than the LG phones.

Hello @AdriannaRodrigu.
Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on in your case.
Could you share some screenshots showing the Active Hours information that you are getting? That way I can better understand the situation and find the best way to move forward.
I look forward to your reply.
