Active minutes zone and fat burn zone change

I'm using a pixel watch and on Fitbit we have 3 active zone, but I want to if it's possible to change the category to 5 zone for example, based on different heart rate?

Hello @Foruz and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but you can't change the heart rate zones to a five zone system.  Fitbit's zones are set to correspond to the CDC and WHO recommendations for moderate and vigorous physical activity.
