Noticed in past few days that the active zone minute count on the app is not the same as on my device, charge 6. There's a deficit of a few mins. 5 mins yesterday, when I was at 104 on device, app read 99. Target number = 100. Annoying. Today it's lagging behind again and not updating. I've done all the usual log out etc etc stuff, no change. I shouldn't have to do all that anyway . It should just *work*. Can you advise? Thanks

Sorry to see you're having AZM discrepancies between your Fitbit device & the Fitbit app.
I know there's a Fitbit issue resulting discrepancies for step count between devices & the app. This is the first report that I've seen for AZM discrepancies.
Would you please share screenshots showing the issue you're seeing? This will be helpful for escalation.

Yep, still ongoing, missing around 6min right now, yesterday 12mins at one stage which eventually rectified after forcing sync a few times but that's very hit and miss. Can't get them to tally at all - I shouldn't have to tbf 🙄
