Hello. I have been having this issue for about a month and I've spoken with several Fitbit representatives over the phone about it. My app only saves the "Walk" exercise from my Charge 2 while I have to manually log in exercises such as "Weightlifting" and "Elliptical." Also, the app no longer allows me to log in "Workout" for an activity. It erases the information every time I enter it.

I have uninstalled and installed the app as suggested along with removing and adding my Charge 2 again to the app.

Hello @HealthLife 

There has been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects workout/activity tracking. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem. I haven't seen any updates, though.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. I expect that the fix will be in an app update. So, keep watching for the pinned Moderator post on this forum when they announce the next update.
