Activity page won't load

My step count, active minutes, and every shortcut is syncing on the home page. But when I go in to view my activity, it does not load. Want to view my activity from today for specifics and unable to

Hi there, @SarahVersa2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit App. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen and tap Force Stop.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Check again the Activity page.
