Activity records not exercise?

I've had my Fitbit Flex for about 2.5 years and recently started using the Andriod app, although I mostly use it for the widget to see my step count. One thing that really bothers me about the app is that it does not show my activity records. If I click on the "no exercise logged"/go to the exercise tab, it only shows me things that I manually logged such as biking, swimming, etc. When I run I tap on my flex to log them - however these runs do not show up in the exercise log on the app. (In fact I can't see them on the app at all.) I don't understand why this is - they all show up in the same place online, why not in the app? Why are the activity records not considered exercise? Does this only happen for the Flex?

Hello @emoran4 and I've seen you are new in our community. So welcome aboard my friend! Note that your activity records recorded with your Flex actually are take in consideration as exercises and should be appearing on your exercise tile, either as Workout or Activity record. It should be there just like you are able to see on your online Dashboard.

I'm sure you already updated your app to the latest version that was released after your post. So I wonder if the issue still persist? If still persist I recommend to log out from your account and force quit the app. Once you have done this open again your account and review if your exercise is there.

Hope everything is fine and keep me posted how it goes.

I am not seeing them on the app. I tried un-installing and re-installing the app as well, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi @emoran4, well this is weird. Can you share a screenshot of how it looks on your mobile app?

Just to give you an example, look for the screenshot and both of my activities listed below are one automatically logged by my tracker and the one called "Workout" was using the exercise mode, similar to tapping the Flex.

Also let me know if you are able to see this section of your mobile Dashboard?
