You can indeed edit the exercises on the device. You can find instructions here: Can I change or reorder the exercises on my Fitbit device?.

@Garciaedward059 Please use the Spinning shortcut for any indoor stationary bike.
I looked at your profile and can see that you have worn Fitbits for several years. Customize your exercise shortcuts like you did on previous devices with an Exercise App.

@Garciaedward059 Go to your web dashboard at https://www.fitbit.com/ and select the gear/cog icon to select your Charge 5 device settings.
From there edit your Exercise shortcuts to add "Spinning" to your shortcuts, and to arrange the order of your shortcuts. Once saved, they should sync back to your Charge 5.
