Hello,
I scan a barcode and it says it is not in your database. I hit the button to add. It asks me to take 3 pictures. I line it up to take a picture of the front of the foot item and take the picture. I can wait for a long time at this point. It doesn't do anything. The picture I took just sits there on screen. I can hit picture 2 or 3, but the previous picture I took just stays there, and I am unable to take more pictures. I can also use the flash button to turn the flash on or off.
I'm not sure what to do here.
Thanks,
Champeau

Hello there @Champeau and welcome aboard to our community. I've never heard of this issue before and I was digging around but so far this is not a know issue. So my recommendation is to log out from the Fitbit app and reboot your mobile device. Once you have done that log back in to your account and try again.
I just used my Android device to try the barcode scanner and it worked fine. So I think with by restarting your phone everything should work again.
Let me know how it goes my friend, I'll be around.

Hi i seem to have a similar problem. I csn scan barcodes no problem then if not on the database i try to add it but the screen comes up for the camera to take a picture but i am unable to actually take a picture of the item. I see an option to turn the flash on or off which works fine but they seem to have forgotten to add a mechanism through which u can actually click to take the photo. ( none of my phones buttons will activate the camera at this point). Please fix !!
