Is there any way to add extra minutes to the time? For example so that when the time really is 12:00, the watch shows 12:02?

Hi, @imref, no that is not possible.  Fitbits get their time from the device you use to sync (your phone or computer). In order for your device to sync with the servers the time needs to be kept correct -- this is common among applications/ devices that connect to remote servers -- the correct time and date is part of the handshake process.
