Just wanted to ask that the Android / Motorola E, Generation 4, be added to the list compatible with the Charge 3. I used to have a Charge 2 and it worked fine and my Charge 3 worked for about a month with my new phone but now it will not sync or do anything. I'm using my computer/laptop to sync at this time. Again, please add the Moto E4 to the compatible list. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @dabbsb.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your feedback.
Please know that our team is aware of the multiple requests to add more devices. Having said that,
the phone not being on the list means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
In the meantime, maybe you could post about it in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
