I changed phones & cannot add the friends I had for challenges- able to get it into my contact list but they are not there-tried w an email address- didn’t work - any ideas?

@Nancyjade can you confirm that on the new phone, you are signed into the correct fitbit account?
On your phone tap in the top left of the fitbit app. On the next page, you will see the date you created your fitbit account. June 2015
I would go to www.fitbit.com/friends
