My versa 3 stopped showing any stats today on the app (watch is fine)
It advised I needed an update.
I've updated, shut it off and on again, shut my phone off and on again.
Still missing all data from front screen, can anyone help?
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

.I had the same issue. Did all the steps fit bit tells us to do. I even uninstalled and tired to reinstall the app. And their told me my phone couldn't handle their update. And never had this issue. My phone was up to date on down loads. And I have a Android.

I tired reinstalling app and fitbit told me that my phone couldn't handle their update. Usually don't have problems doing this.

Same for me. If I clicked on something like for instance the steps it showed how many but the screen is greyed out. Good to know I wasn't the only one.

Hello everybody. I welcome all new users to the Fitbit forums. Nice to see some here again. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. After reading the whole thread it seems that uninstalling and reinstalling has solved the problem. If any of you has not tried that, please do. Some woke up to a resolved issue. It seems it was related to a short outage we had yesterday. If any of you is still experiencing the issue, would you please confirm the version of your Fitbit app? This is shown on its settings. Open the app and tap on your profile picture. Scroll down and tap on "Help and Support". At the top info from the Fitbit app will be displayed; version inclusive.
@Katesgetfit nice to see you again in the forums. Thanks for explaining. It is however not all clear to me. What does the error message say? Do you receive this error message from the Fitbit app or is it a message from the Play Store? Which Android version does your smartphone have? Make sure your device fulfills all requirements for the Fitbit app: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices
Have a great day. Regards!

Since last week my fitbit charge 3 does not give me any sleep information. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Android version is up to date, 3.51.1
