Hi,
After Android Fitbit application update that was installed yesterday my food sync and calories calculation stopped working. I tried the food from database and custom one I mostly use. At first I tried to logout and login again but no luck. Then I cleared application cache and data removed it and installed once again but still no luck. Any ideas how can I fix the issue? Did anyone expie

Was able to get back in the game with an installation of an old version which I loaded with https://fitbit.de.aptoide.com/app but this is nothing I would recommend someone who is not knowing what to do regarding file permissions and really knows what he/she is doing.

I still can't log my food. Mine isn't fixed 😕
I search for app updates and there is nothing on play store. I think the problem isn't fixed.

Same problem and it is still not working. Android app on Oneplus 5.
I have tried logging off rebooting, login back on etc but it is still not working.

I don't think it has been fixed. I went back to 3.39.2 with Aptoid and haven't gotten any update option for a few days. Was wondering what's behind this and took a look - App store says 3.39.2 is the current version, so they withdrew the buggy new version.

Hello, after one month the problem still exists! food and calories calculation does not work anymore since 3-30-2021. It doesn' make any sence to use this and protocol food because it will not be saved and calculated. This is really very disapointing. 🙄

I've just received an update via the Play Store to version 3.41.2 which seems to resolve the problem (at least at a first glance). Nevertheless, the complete lack of proactive communication on this severe issue from Fitbit was really not acceptable.

Confirmation, with the version 3.41.2 it works again. Bonus - food entries seem to be processed faster than before.
