Found my heart rate zones were off and realised when I'd linked with my Google account the age in my Google info was incorrect. I've updated the Google account personal info, but the Fitbit app doesn't seem to have synced with Google and is still showing the incorrect date of birth. Tried reinstalling the app but didn't work. Any idea how to get the corrected date of birth to sync?

Hello @BL888
Does your Fitbit app still show an incorrect age for you? I've read some user posts where they reported it took about a day or so for the corrected age from their Google account to be updated in their Fitbit app.
If not, you might want to try logging out and logging back in with your Google account. I think that could get your correct age synced with the Fitbit app.

Hi @BL888
Thanks for letting us know that your birthday in the Fitbit app was finally sorted out. Hopefully, you won't have any further issues with your heart rate zone algorithm now that the app has your correct age.
