Hi @Kayleigh9, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the steps that were shared in your post. Please check that the correct steps to set up the Agenda app are being followed:
- In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
- Tap the gear icon next to Agenda. You may need to swipe up to find the app. You’ll see all calendars linked to the default calendar app on your phone.
- Adjust the settings to choose which calendars to show on your watch, the color for events linked to each calendar, and whether you want to see blocks of free time.
- Sync your watch to see today’s and tomorrow’s events from your calendars in the Agenda app
Keep in mind that you must allow the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. For more information about adjusting an app’s permissions, see: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? If the Agenda app is correctly setup but your events don't appear, check the following settings:
- Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, check: How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS?
- Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app:
- On iPhones, open the Settings app on your phone > Fitbit > make sure Calendars is turned on.
- On Android phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > Calendar > make sure the access is set to Allow.
- On Windows 10 phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Privacy > Fitbit > make sure Calendar access is turned on.
Let me know if you need further assistance, I'll be around.

Agenda app is not working. It says not connected. All permissions are set. I uninstalled and reinstalled the agenda app but nothing is working.

I have the same issue now. It was working but stopped. The Versa 2 is glitchy as hell. Things work one day then just stop. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it says not connected make sure Bluetooth is on...it is. Same issue over wifi. It is connected to wifi but I couldn't get it to initially setup that way either. I'm thinking this $200 watch is just going to be working for a few months before nothing works anymore.

Had the same issue make sure that the fit bit app itself has permission to your storage it doesn't auto ask you that so it doesn't know your calendar, its in settings then apps then the fitbit app and its permissions click storage and allow should work

Hi @Treeman14307 - in the Fitbit App, Click profile photo, device photo and Gallery tile. Scroll down and you should see an Agenda app, click on it and there you have the permissions and settings.
If it is not installed, and your watch has the latest firmware, at the top of the screen click the search icon and enter Agenda and search and install it.
What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? will show you the latest version.
