I have checked and both my phone and Fitbit app are paired and enabled.
Alexa versa 2 says complete setup in Fitbit mobile app and sync device. Have synced and feel setup complete
Don't know how to proceed and at this Time feel very dissatisfied

When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then? With the notifications concern, can you please let me know if you're not receiving text and phone call notifications or just one of them?
For the notifications issue, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
