My alta won't sync! I have tried restarting Bluetooth, my phone, re adding the app, restarting my phone. I delected the device and now it won't really add. I know my Bluetooth is working but I have tested it. I tried on my son's phone and it worked - I am puzzled!! Can anyone help please

I was reading you are experiencing syncing issues and for I understand now you are not able to re-pair your tracker. In this case we need to add your tracker back to your account, so give it a try to this suggestions:
