Hi was wondering if anyone has experience a similar problem. I was looking too switch over my Fitbit onto my replacement fone. Need to hook it up to new device???

Hi @LauraLoo11A - There are a few simple steps to follow:

  1. On your old phone, open the Fitbit app and remove the Alta. Also, remove it as one of the Bluetooth devices.
  2. On the new phone, install the Fitbit app. Sign in to your account. Then go to Account —> Add a device. This process will also connect your device to Bluetooth. 

Please note: You should probably verify that your new phone is a Supported Device. That will determine which Fitbit features will work.
