My Android app keeps telling me to update the app. It's current. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck, I'm still being told to update the app. Over to my Windows 10 laptop. This app is also current, according to my laptop and the Windows Store. The Alta HR isn't listed as a setup option.

@Rockhills, you don't say what version of the Fitbit Android app you have installed, but it appears that it is out of date - especially if it does not list the Alta HR as a tracker. Open the app, select the Account screen, and scroll down to the Help option. After the Help screen open, it will display at the top the version of the Fitbit app installed. What is that version? Also, what phone and operating system (OS) version are you using?
