Hi all, I have a problem with my wake up time, it's not changing on my Alta. It changes on the app but not on the device. I have tried syncing and nothing. Please help my alarm is going off way too early! Thank you.
I have solved the problem. I was changing the time in the Sleep goal area. It should have been changed directly on the Alta HR icon instead. I hope this makes sense. Thank you.
