I've had my Alta synced to my BB (Z10) since late April - effective last evening, it stopped syncing.
I deleted the app from my phone, and re-uploaded it, and while successful, it no longer shows steps, and won't sync 😞

Hello @Jaxy44, good to see you around. Note this phone have all the hardware requirements to be supported devices but are currently not on our list of supported devices. So we cannot guarantee the behavior of the phone with the Fitbit tracker and the Fitbit app.
