Welcome to the Forums @Vanvan1308.

This might be happening because the Pixel 3 XL is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I'm having the same issue. It's like it shows up on the Fitbit app but the tracker does not respond and the battery either shows full charge but is dead or it does not reply to any taps.

Welcome to the Forums @Chitownben.

Let me help you with that situation.

Could you elaborate a bit more on the situation? Does your Fitbit respond while it is charging? Also, what Fitbit is it? Does it remain on when it is not charging? Does it turn on when charging?

Look forward to your reply.

Fitbit Alta HR. Brand new

It turns on and shows the battery on and charged. Phone finds the Alta HR
and as soon as I take it off of the dock it does not respond. I even called
support last night and we tried to sync it to my Apple iPad and same
result. I keep getting the battery with exclamation point.
