My fitbit stopped syncing entirely about a week ago; I had been manually syncing it for the past month. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, reconnecting to bluetooth (after removing all paired devices), and disconnecting the fitbit from the app and trying to reconnect it, and redoing these steps after rebooting my phone. The setup flow just hangs on the Connecting screen after I type in the 4 digit code. Phone and fitbit are both fully charged. I've only had my fitbit since Christmas! Help!

I just had the same problem with my charge hr and my lg g6 3 days ago. It worked fine until the new update. Just spoke to a live representative and sadly. Our phone is not compatible with fitbit yet. No one knows when it will be either. Very disappointed myself, sorry this response doesn't solve the issue, but at least its good to know I'm not alone.
