Hello,
I have a Fitbit alta hr since last Friday and am already experiencing problems.
The device will not sync with my android mobile phone (Samsung S8+) since 10am this morning.
The past days it has been syncing fine; except of some activity minutes that were not registered.
Is this a general issue or something specific with my device?
I have tried impairing it and pairing it again; no luck.
Also I reseted the device while connected with the USB cable; nothing.
Please help.

This is at the top of the page on the forums - from Fitbit:
"We are aware that some customers may have trouble logging in or syncing via the mobile app, and are working to get this resolved. "
I'm sure it will be syncing soon. Your device will hold the data until it's able to connect.
