Alta HR not synchronising on any of my Phone,  tablets... etc

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone, tablet etc
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you ! It worked! It has been 2 days that I tried to make it worked, it was beginning to be an obsession (...) ! I appreciate the time you took to write to me with the solution! Thanks again...
