My fitbit will not sync. There are firmware updates available, but when I try to update I get a message to restart the Bluetooth. I have uninstalled the fitbit app, but to no avail.
Anyone else experience this? How do I fix this?
Best AnswerI had the Blaze, and I am furious because it was not syncing. I thought it was damaged and returned it to Costco. Then I try to sync the Charge HR and it's having the same thing as the Blaze. So, don't know what's going on with the app.
