Alta Sync problem solution

Hi, Just sharing this solution which worked for me. Bought this for my wife and set it up for her but it only stayed synced for one day.
Basically her samsung phone some how got airplane mode turned on and Bluetooth turned off.
I put this right but it still wouldn't sync.
Went through all the suggested tips like force quitting the app, turning bluetooth on and off and even reinstalling the app with no success.

The solution:

Went into bluetooth settings and UNPAIRED the alta.
Went back to the app which made the connection itself and synced!

@Rhymester Thank you for taking the time to share what you did to resolve the syncing issue with your wife's Alta. 

You're not the first person to ever accidentally put the Android device into airplane mode ! Thanks again for the update.
