Just got the Fitbit Alta and cannot pair to my Samsung Galaxy 5 Mini (SM-G800F) via the Fitbit app  The phone is running Android  version 5.1.1 (Lollipop)   I can see the fitbit when you look at Bluetooth, but the App isn’t seeing the band.

I’ve reset the band, restarted phone and uninstalled / reinstalled app to phone a few times without any luck.

I had a Jawbone band before and my phone could see this fine.  Any suggestion / help would be gratefully received, before I take this one back to the shop and get another Jawbone.
