Alta doesn't match the time on my phone

My fitbit alta is displaying the time an hour behind what the time actually is. Sync doesn't change it either.

My Alta doing the same thing.  It's time displayed is several hours off and it's affecting my daily counts.

 

It won't sync for me either.  I tried resetting but no luck. 

 

I only use it for steps but would like it to be correct.
