Alta hr only syncs during daytime

 I had an alta for years it worked fine. I just got the alta hr and it syncs as soon as I wake up and all day until about 6-7pm, and every single night it said tracker can't be found. It doesn't matter what I do, even uninstalling the device it won't find it reinstall... Come morning it finds it just fine and works great. Any ideas on why?????

Just a longshot idea here, but do you spend evening and night in an area where the wifi cannot reach?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No I don't, I am at home all day and night.. And it will sync all day like right now just fine sitting at home.. Yet in a few hours here again it will say tracker not found for the rest of the night sitting right in the same spot! It's weird!
