Alta hr pleased but

Hi I've had my Alta hr a week love it ( previously a had charge 2 hr it ended up with the dreaded cracks on the screen  )  charge lasted 7 days  pleased with that charged again fully today  and still not completely dead 😁. My problem is the charger takes a few atempts for it to connect for a charge what am I doing wrong !  Is this normal it's not as easier as my old fit bit that's for sure . I got the pink rose gold one .bought it cex on line £70 like new  and bonus 24 month guarantee

Hi, @Wozie1958! That definitely shouldn't be the case. Having had both Fitbits myself, I can tell you that they should be equally easy to connect. The only thing I can think of is that maybe when you attach it's slightly more difficult to make sure the connectors are in the right location, since there's no notch for a button to help with the positioning.

Hi, @Wozie1958! That definitely shouldn't be the case. Having had both Fitbits myself, I can tell you that they should be equally easy to connect. The only thing I can think of is that maybe when you attach it's slightly more difficult to make sure the connectors are in the right location, since there's no notch for a button to help with the positioning.
