Alta no longer gets notifications when phone on silent

Looking to see if you can help, my alta is no longer sending notifications when my phone mobile (Galaxy s8) is on silent, is there a way round this as my phone is always on silent.

Same issue here.  Horrible idea to require your phone to be on vibrate or ringtone in order to receive notifications.

 

edit: Looks like they are working on a fix.
