I hadn't used my fitbit it a while, charged it up, synced to my phone and all was working but it has just suddenly decided to stop syncing.
I've tried everything, uninstalled the app turned off Bluetooth, restarted the fitbit 3 times but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

However, I'd like you to confirm if you've followed all the steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If so, let's try turning off Background Restrictions/Limitations: Phone settings > Apps & Notifications > Fitbit app > Background restrictions or Background limits.
Then, disable battery limitations:

Hello,
Just noticed that since Wednesday my alta HR will no longer syn with my p30 Pro. Tested it with an iPhone and it will sync. Has something happened to the andriod app?
Tried un installing the app, restarting etc... All the usual but nothing has worked.
Any tips?
