Hi there my phone which is an huawei honor 5c won't pair with my fitbit alta hr. Does anyone know why????'thank you

That phone isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so it may not be possible to resolve this. Hopefully someone else with that phone will let us know if they got theirs working.
