@Mo00-Legend - thanks for posting the context of the relevance, it is true what you say.
Keeping 2 devices talking to each other is difficult when each keeps changing the goal posts with updates.
One way to avoid problems is to not apply updates.
One should check carefully that features are not discontinued in newer releases also, so if it's working don't fix it, is an old adage.
In your case can you mention the specifics of what versions you have on the watch and phone and what steps you tried in case there is a resolution, though it should be noted Android 13 is fairly recent and there were initial problems with it.

Best AnswerI appreciate the info you just presented to me . That will help me in the future in the techy techy department.
I did not have a hands on approach myself with my upgrade from my S9 to S20 figured it was a " big change so I had help with the switch and all those updates was necessary. Sadly, as my fitbit is still not sync , but this is how I learn about this department and I remember the dogs and don'ts thereafter.
I like how very few people can manage to start a discussion in a very ?? wtf kinda manner and yet end it with a 👍👍😀 that was very helpful thank you .

Thanks @Mo00-Legend - one of the problems with changing phones is if the old one is still around and watch watch is not deregisteried from it, so the old phone keeps the connection and stops the new one.
Remove the watch entries from the old phone's Bluetooth or turn it off.
In the new phone login to the app, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" this should locate the watch on the S20.
Make sure there are no other watches or other Bluetooth devices on for this stage, if the watch is charged and working it should find it and setup a Bluetooth entry so it will then sync.
