Andriod App shows distance walked but Charge 2 shows set up screen

Andriod phone shows distance walked, fitbit screen shows Go to WWW.fitbit.com/setup. desk top computer shows no linking to fitbit (charger 2).  My first fitbit.

Hello @LocoMan, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering how it goes so far? If you are seeing this, perhaps the tracker is not paired to your Fitbit app and you might be using only MobileTrack which is your phone reading your basic information.

 

Please make sure your tracker is paired, you can find the devices you have set up on your Fitbit account by taping on the Account tab, located in the upper right corner of the screen. If you don't see your Charge 2 there, then the following post will guide you trough to fix this.

My Fitbit is paired to my phone and is running well..
